Terms & Conditions

•    Prior appointment is mandatory for all sessions.

•    For Single photo setup, only one (1) selected photograph shall be provided in both soft copy (digital format) and hard copy, and the soft copy may also be shared via WhatsApp. No other raw, unedited, or additional photographs—whether in soft copy or hard copy—shall be provided beyond those the selected package.

•    For urgent jobs, clients must inform and remind us at least 24 hours in advance.

•    A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to confirm the booking, as the selected slot cannot be allotted to another client once booked.

•    Newborn Photoshoot: Full swaddler wrapping photoshoot is possible only within 45 days from the baby’s date of birth. After 45 days, this photoshoot will not be possible.

•    Raw files, edited photographs, videos, or any deliverables will be provided only after full payment of the invoice.

•    Arrival exceeding 30 minutes late shall be treated as a reschedule.  Rescheduling will depend on slot availability.

•    The photographer starts arranging the setup after your arrival. The setup preparation time is approximately 30 to 35 minutes due to back-to-back bookings.

•    As we operate on a strict appointment system with back-to-back shoots, late arrivals may be required to wait until the ongoing session is completed.

•    The Studio shall not be liable for any loss of data due to technical failure, accidental damage, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

•    The Studio is not liable for any injury, allergy, or reaction caused by makeup materials.

•    The Studio and Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, illness, allergy, loss, or damage caused to the Client, baby, spouse, family members, guests, or any other person present during the photoshoot session, whether inside or outside the studio premises, arising from equipment, props, makeup, wardrobe, handling of baby, or any accidental circumstances.

•    The Studio may use images for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•    The above-mentioned Terms & Conditions have been read out and fully understood by me in my mother tongue. I hereby expressly accept, consent to, and agree to be legally bound by the same.

•    Acceptance and consent shall be deemed valid, final, and irrevocable upon execution either by physical signature or digital/electronic signature by the client and/or the client’s relative, duly authorized representative, or any person acting on the client’s behalf. 

•    Such acceptance shall constitute final, conclusive, and irrevocable consent to all the Terms & Conditions contained herein.
