  1. Booking and Payment: To book a photography session, the client must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session fee at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the start of the session. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

  2. Cancellation Policy: If a client cancels a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, the client will forfeit the entire deposit. If a client cancels a session more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, the deposit will be refunded, but a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted.

  3. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. If the client reschedules a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, the deposit will be forfeited.

  4. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late to a session will have the time deducted from the session length. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

  5. Use of Images: The client agrees that the images created during the session may be used by the photo studio shop for promotional and advertising purposes. The client also agrees that the images may be used for display in the studio and on the photo studio shop's website and social media platforms.

  6. Copyright: The copyright of all images created during the session remains with the photo studio shop. The client may use the images for personal use only, and not for commercial purposes.

  7. Liability: The photo studio shop is not responsible for any injuries or damage to personal property during the session. The client agrees to hold the photo studio shop harmless from any liability resulting from the session.

  8. Model Release: The client agrees to sign a model release form allowing the photo studio shop to use the images for promotional and advertising purposes.

  9. Editing: The photo studio shop will edit the images as they see fit. The client may request minor edits, such as removing blemishes, but major edits, such as changing the background, will be subject to an additional fee.

  10. Agreement: By booking a session with the photo studio shop, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
